Shree Ganga is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partner delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Natural events or circumstances beyond our control

However, our team will always assist in resolving delivery concerns to the best of our ability.

Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.
• As the order is processed immediately after confirmation, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

1.Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

• The product delivered is damaged during transit
• The wrong product has been delivered
• The product received is spoiled or unfit for consumption

To report such issues, customers must contact us within 6 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Description of the issue

Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

2.Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

• The order could not be fulfilled by Shree Ganga
• The product was damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, and the claim is verified by our team.

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
